I was extremely content with both the service and delivery of this printer.(in fact it arrived a few days early!, - a real and happy surprise) I had problems with delivery from the U.K., but with Amazon.es, there were no problems at all. The Printer - Ricoh sg3110dn, is the best machine I have purchased, based on exhaustive "research". It is economical in regards to purchase price and running costs and the results on the printed page are excellent.This is the first time that I have used a laser printer, and I am very pleased with the quality, it far exceeds the standard Epson range of printers. It also does not appear to be affected by "virus problems" unlike the Epson,- is it something to do with the software? In any event I thoroughly recommend the Ricoh printer to everybody who is fed up with the high running costs of the "standard" inkjet printers.
